Mabel is a young explorer and inventor who was left on her own after The Reset. She can be stubborn and finds it hard to keep friends. When she meets Switch, she thinks she's finally found someone who she can boss around - or has she?

Mat Ford

Switch is a model Microbee robot who used to work in the Fletcher Jones factory before The Reset. He is awakened and fixed by Mabel ten years later. but he finds it difficult to exist without a 'purpose', which to him is full time work. Can Mabel help Switch understand his new purpose?

Chezanne Robe
Phoebe
Phoebe is the leader of the gang who seem to have a bone to pick with Mabel. She's equally as stubborn and bossy as Mabel, and thinks she has a duty to keep the other girls in line in this brave new world post-Reset.

Maya Furphy
Lux
Lux is the youngest of the gang who is always looking for someone to cling to and impress. She's easily bossed around but she doesn't mind - as long as she's got someone looking after her. Her favourite band is AC/DC, she even graffitied it on her helmet!

Zoe Borthwick
Sheena
If groups have a 'cool' member, then Sheena is it! She's the most fashionable of the trio, but she's easily influenced by both trends and other people. Never wanting to seem on the outer, she'll side with the majority rather than take a stand.

Mabel
Mabel is a precocious young inventor, explorer, and thinker. After finding herself alone after The Reset, all she wants is a friend. After repairing Switch, she thinks she may have found the perfect companion - but Switch has ideas of his own of what his dream life would be.

Switch is a Microbee robot who shut down during the Reset, to be fixed by Mabel ten years later. His main purpose in life, work, has disintegrated, and he finds himself at a loss of what to do next. Can Mabel help Switch realise there's more to life than just working?

Phoebe is the self-appointed leader of the gang. She knows what's best for everyone - although Mabel isn't so sure. Phoebe has taken it upon herself to protect her ragtag bunch of friends, even if it means making the tough decisions. Will Phoebe and Mabel ever see eye to eye?

Sheena
If the apocalypse was a fashion show, Sheena would win first prize. Easily influenced by both style and people, Sheena always wants to do what's coolest and what the majority want. This can sometimes get her into hot water with her companions. Will Sheena learn to separate herself from the crowd?

Lux is the youngest of the group, constantly looking for approval and praise from whoever will give it. As the youngest, she's often given the dud jobs (like carrying the cassette player). She wants to be seen as an equal. but doesn't know where to begin. Will Lux eventually earn the respect of her superiors?

Eric is an engineering whiz and owns the workshop Mabel comes across in her mission to get Switch working like he used to. Is Eric as scary as he seems?

Agnes is an eccentric inventor that used to work in the factory before the reset. She's convinced there's secrets that need to be uncovered within the now-dead factory, and she can't wait to find them all!

The Chief
The Chief lives by the belief that nothing good can come from co-existing among robots, and all of them should be wiped out to make sure another reset doesn't happen.

Seymour
Seymour is one of the Chief's dedicated followers, trying to enact the Temple of Nobotics vision of 'no more robots'. The only problem is... Seymour shares a singular brain cell with Orson, which makes them not so great at their job.

Orson is another dedicated follower of the Chief, within the Temple of Nobotics. She has a few more brains than Seymour... but not much.
